Moonio
The website of a digital marketing agency in Skopje, with its own projects system.
The challenge
Moonio is a digital marketing agency in Skopje that builds websites, brands and marketing strategies for clients at home and abroad. Its own site had to work as its best case study: a bold, modern look, fast loading, and a portfolio the team can grow on its own as new projects launch.
My contribution
Designed and built the site on a Blocksy child theme with hand-coded templates for the home, services, projects, about and contact pages, each with its own CSS and JavaScript. I wrote a Moonio Projects plugin for the portfolio, an AJAX contact form, and the SEO and performance layer, so the agency site loads fast despite its animations.
How it works
Projects are a custom post type with categories and their own fields: a short description, the year, a main image and a second image shown on hover, an option to feature the project on the homepage and its order there. The homepage pulls the featured projects, and the projects page lists all of them in a two-column grid with scroll reveals. To keep the site light, each page loads only its own stylesheet and script, Blocksy's own frontend styles and scripts are removed on these templates, fonts are preloaded, and resource hints are added for external assets. Meta descriptions and Organization schema are printed by the theme, and the contact form sends through AJAX.

Templates pull selected work and the complete archive.

Visitors browse hover previews and use the AJAX contact form.
Each page loads its own CSS and JavaScript; the project content stays editable in WordPress.
