The challenge

LiteTax.ai helps entrepreneurs, mostly from Europe, set up a company in Georgia to benefit from its low tax regimes. Company formation abroad feels risky and complicated, so the website had to explain tax rules, timelines and requirements clearly, build trust with people who have never been to Georgia, and turn that trust into a quote request.

My contribution

Designed the website in Figma: a homepage and a dedicated How it works page, with a consistent dark theme, green accent color and reusable components for cards, steps, tags, buttons and forms. I structured the content so each section answers one question a cautious visitor has, from why Georgia to what it costs, how long it takes and what to send.

How it works

The homepage leads with the promise and an at-a-glance summary, then a three-step overview, a comparison of tax, strategic and business advantages, investment and residency options, success stories with annual savings, a tax calculator teaser, an FAQ and the quote form. The How it works page goes deeper: the same three steps with day ranges, a day-by-day timeline from consultation to handover with the documents produced at each stage, a breakdown of everything included in company registration and banking, and a checklist of documents and details needed to start.

PROJECT FLOW / Designed user journey

Explain the service, then invite an inquiry

  1. Understand the offer

The homepage introduces company formation in Georgia.

  2. Explore the process

Three steps and a detailed timeline explain the proposed journey.

  3. Review what is included

Compare benefits, requirements and service details.

  4. Reach the quote form

The design leads to an inquiry; the calculator has a waitlist teaser.

Figma UI/UX design only. This represents the designed experience, not a working registration or tax calculator.

Design decisions

Numbers do the persuading, so the tax rates, the 7 to 14 day timeline and the savings in each success story are set large and repeated where decisions are made. Every section ends with a clear next step, either starting the intake, seeing the process or getting a quote. Tags and day labels on the timeline make a legal process feel predictable, and the quote form asks only for what is needed to prepare a personalised proposal.

What it covers

Outcome

A complete, consistent design that turns a complex legal and tax topic into a clear path from first visit to quote request, ready to hand over for development.
